Hmm. Not sure how different ST is from his pre-reboot levels, he would seem to be about the same. Which would mean you can't BFR him, but he can do exotic stuff like soul steal etc.

Am assuming that Cytorrak's gifts aren't diminished by having two avatars on the field.

That said, DC team wins. Short answer: BFR from Swamp Thing and Uncle Sam.
