Okay!
Long story short- everyone makes it out of the warehouse before all the fuel tanks go critical and obliterate everything inside. Thankfully, that includes the droidekas. The warehouse itself is incredibly durable and contains the blast, so Rianna and Xavier are not incinerated atop it.
Rand makes it out of the vent before a wall of fire follows him out, and Relle makes it into the open air as fire tumbles out of her newly-carved door.
(I am counting Dak, Azarl, and Gallador out for now)
Xavier has the small box he found.

You notice a small hole in it, no larger than pin-sized.

Fix-It roll says... you'd need to dismantle the key to figure out what is inside or what the hole is for. Since it is a piece of solid metal, that means destroying it.
You have the coordinates for where you're supposed to go next. Best get moving!
