Alan's the only real thing standing in the way of making that a decisive conclusion - matching up Surfer against Alan, I'd say Surfer could hold off Alan long enough for a two on one against the GL... except that I'd probably then give Sinestro odds against maybe anybody else from Team Marvel.
On the other hand, whoever's against Adam Strange should take their match somewhat decisively.
Finally, the version of Hourman is important.
Meh, judging matches with 8 on 8 characters is always a bit haphazard.
Do not underestimate Adam. He is one of the on the fly prep masters in comics. And Alan is the most powerful on the field. Hourman could easily send anyone to the Timepoint as well.
