Link is pretty slow in that video. I thought he was a lightning timer.

R.I.P. Snake (probably). I wanted him back more than almost any newcomer from the last game but the writing on the wall's becoming clearer and clearer for him now ... unless he and some other veterans that don't make it back are DLC, which at least is possible/likely now unlike with Brawl.
Yeah prolly not, last I heard snake was only in the other due to the close connections with the smash bros team and them. So figured with Namco's heavy involvement might not be the case. Instead we may get heihachi =p
Much as it pains me to admit it, I'd rather have that kind of DLC than like Mewtwo still not coming back at all. Even his fate in the game kinda hangs in the balance based on the Gematsu leak/number of characters the roster will have.
As someone who hates Fire Emblem, but enjoys playing their characters in Smash Bros, Lucina is an absolute waste of a character slot. She's officially the most redundant clone I think this series has ever had, and in the fourth installment of the franchise, that's seriously disappointing. Making a clone-inherently redundant-, but then making the moveset that of of a character that already had a clone, and a FEMALE clone of an explicitly feminine male character, you're just being ****ing lazy even beyond the blue haired sword wielder character design. This isn't a genuine addition, this is fanservice and status quo bullshit.
Captain Falcon's return was the big news here. I'm just hoping he plays closer to Melee than he did in Brawl, I always thought he was the biggest victim of the transition and physics change.
