My money's on Faith. Planetary (?) level TK, some TP, and the ability to teleport. She's too versatile.

She has a confidence aura. Not like she needs it though. Planetary lvl TK, some TP, and intergalactic level teleportation win it for her.

She's also lifted skyscrapers before too. I just need to find the scan. I tried google/comicvine but no luck. I found her starfleet destroying scan, the entire League was in awe of it.
