The toughest one to figure a counter for is Owlman..
If he's anything close to as skilled as Batman, he should go right through Wildcat, and Mr. Terrific doesn't have the feats Bats does..

In theory Owlman should have a contingency plan to take care of his teammates. Although, Captian Marvel would most likely be exempt because his powers don't work like ultramans or powergirls. Not to mention his Wisdom of Solomon....and IMO he would give Ultraman a pretty big work over especially since Ultraman isn't that smart. All in all this fight seems to favor the JSA roster.
