Well, Sinister is like a living "species" so to speak. In Uncanny X-Men, he managed to hijack a Celestial of sorts and had an army of clones at his disposal.
Doom's still Doom.

Doom is immune to Sinister's TP. Plus his shields, summoning Crimson Bands, and personal time travel device = curbstomp for Doom.

Doom is also stronger and has displayed better damage soak unless I have missed something.
