Hm, Blue Beetle's the strongest one here. Darkness is pretty dangerous but the armor should easily be able to figure out it's light weakness.
I'd say Team 2, but not an easy fight.

IIRC if a Darkness bearer uses the Witchblade he is no longer effected by sunlight though I might remember wrong..

Combining two artifacts in one bearer is generally a Bad ThingTM.
Anyway, it can also only be done in specific circumstances. The two working side-by-side doesn't count.
