Going with Team 2, The Annihilators. To me they have a bit more overall power, and while they arent an experienced team, they are much moreso than Lobos squad, which will not flow together or have as much teamwork synergy as the Annihilators will.

It would depend on the match ups. I could see Etrigan, and Atrocitus being KO'd or BFRed in a real match up. Lobo as well could be sent to the other side of space.

Well you have to factor in team Marvel as well. First compare Gladiator, Nova, and Quasar's powersets... Oh and high mentions to Bill. This won't be an easy match. I think Lobo's brigade wins, but it's going to be ugly, and they would likely win by the skin of their teeth.
