Basically he's a non holding back Spider-man. Which, at least to me, seems to be the entire point of that run and Kaine's final salvation and turn to a hero.
EDIT: He completely shredded a car by jumping on it and had a pretty decent webbing feat to protect himself from fire just wanted to add that.
