why didnt they re-attach anakins limbs?
if you see in AoTC his arm just falls beside dooku, and in RoTS his legs and other arm just falls on the higher ground, so if they have the technology to make a fully functioning robot arms/legs that can evan stimulate feeling, cant they just re-attach the limbs?

Because when the lightsabre cuts of a limb the heat from the sabre seals the wound so you wouldn't be able to re-attach the limb because the wound would be sealed.

ok so why not un seal it? or use like a robot joint to re-attach?

Hehehe... the answer is simple: he needs to have a robotic arm because he has one in ROTJ. The script demands him to have a robot arm, not logic.
