Rand- yes, in theory, though it is a very fine and difficult manipulation. Choosing one number is near impossible. Nudging it left or right on the wheel is easier. The other issue is not being seen making blatant gestures.

Galder- no, the message can be received on your ship only.

Azarl- damn, yes, now you mention it, you can see Rianna's in some issue, though right now you are too tied up in the game anyway. As it is... well, anyway. Hmm, well a lot of this game is about avoiding going bust. You might be able to sense if the next card will bust you or not, though that's not a guaranteed win if you don;t match or beat the bank's score.

Gallador- there's one drop out after the first round; you've stayed in so far just by being conventional and not blowing all your chips. You are now starting to get a feel for the players and if you just want to make a straight Force roll on it, I will.

I believe Rand has some skills and talents that could help here.
He has Precision so kinetic Force powers are much easier for him. He can try to nudge the ball to put things more in his favor without too much problem.
As for doing it subtly, could I make Intrusion checks? I've also got Presence to put attention off of my efforts.
