Until F4 #604-605, I would have given team 1 the nod... But with Galactus' feats in the aforementioned issues, I'm no longer sure.
I still view Abraxas as a non-factor, though.

Abraxas has few on panel showings beyond the oh sh*t moments. I mean he did lay a beatdown on Uatu with ease but beyond the assumption that he was going to wrap up the multiverse he really doesn't have much going for him.
