Meh. I'd probably give this to Bruce. Karnak has some really neat feats, but Bruce's superior speed, strength, reflexes and his wider array of combat skills just make him better equipped for a normal fight.

power wise status Karnak should be able to steam roll Bats but, Karnak lacks feats and consistency to legitimately claim he can beat bats without history support.
