If Doom wasn't a top tier sorcerer with knowledge of magic surpassing that of Dr. Strange and just recently stated to possess magic more powerful than Strange or Wanda on their own, then Hank might shit stomp him.

That being said, Doom's magical capabilities makes the outcome of this uncertain. To my knowledge, nothing Hank brings to the table offers a defense against mysticism, let alone mysticism on the level of what Doom currently is portrayed as having.
