They can't slaugher Vandal.
His HF is pretty damn good.
He might be able to handle Rommy if he dosen't have those dumb gloves.
And I would bet Ra's is more skilled with weapons then Kraven whose only real advantage would be strength.

Kraven has a healing factor, and is immortal. He pretty much ignored getting stabbed in the chest. unless that recently changed
