I know Galactus and IB are 'soulless' abstracts.
But if what Spectre Hal Jordan said is true (that he transcended his limitations), I'm gonna have to say he'd be powerful enough to absorb/erase/weaken Galactus or IB.
The Logoz is, after all, one of the aspects of The Presence Himself.
I'm not completely sure if he'd absorb Galactus (since Galactus-616 is essential in the existence of the Marvel omniverse). Maybe just depower him, or revert him to a hungry state.

EDIT: I see you have included The Word. I think both are strong enough to soundly defeat the Marvel duo.

I'm picking team one. i think either one on team one can even possibly solo this. as with most abstract in DC...there arent much feats to go by but...they are, after all, part of The Presence so....
