1 on 1, no help allowed, I think Durge will have a bigger chance since Obi Wan does not have the skill to totally kill him or make him unable to reform in short time.
Obi-wan exploded Durge from the inside, stopping him for a time, during the Clone Wars.

I don't see Obi-Wan being able to permanently stop Durge, without incinerating his entire body - and he doesn't have the skills or weapons to do that.
If it's nothing but a duel that ends when one is dead - and we're talking nothing but a planet with an open field here - Obi wan dies.
