Hulk has dynamic strength. If he keeps getting stronger, you cannot measure it because it keeps rising. I know it's another superman, but proof is still needed.

Not weak compared to the people he was fighting... weak compared to top tiers. That's if we use the best vision statement as evidence of how hot Superman heat vision is. Is there anything else besides that statement that speaks on the temperature of his head vision?
