Boss Hin-Hon has no idea what you would do with a shield generator. The Uhura doesn't shoot lasers. The Gungans on his council laugh at you.
"I don't think he's going to help us," Trozen says.
Soapy bip-boodles his agreement. Your astromech could probably make some repairs to the submarine given time. But time is of the essence, here.

Unless Denz picked up a replacement astromech, and gave it Soapy's memories, he should be safely tucked away in the Halloyan tower, hiding as was his last instruction.
Otherwise, Denz will bid his parting of the Boss, after getting information on where the creature rests.

Whoops, lapse in consistency, there. You mentioned addressing him and I forgot where your poor droid was left... but yes, he's still on Halloy. Hopefully in one piece.
Additionally, the creature is an Ohura- I misread my notes.
The Ohura is residing in the underwater crevasse in the kelp field below the Gungan otoh. The crevasse is deep, dark, and rocky.

King Evand tells you quite firmly that he is not interested in fighting this giant killer monster.

Denz will request Boss if the King may be allowed to stay in the city, and if he fails to defeat the creature, to banish them/him to the Naboo (or a Naboo-friendly city)?

The Boss wants to know why the King won't fight, and promises to have him killed last if you fail.

Back to the Wars...
"So if I succeed, you'll kill him first?" Denz made a half joke.

Boss Hin-Hon is not amused and, again, wants to know why all three of you are not going to fight. Trozen and Evand both are reluctant. You may wish to consult them.

"One moment your Gungun-ness." He will turn and speak to Trozen and Evand. "Well this got messier than I expected. So why will you both not help?" He will ask them both quietly

King Evand simply thinks it is beneath him. That attitude certainly won't win him any supporters, Denzral.
Trozen has two more valid reasons. As the King's bodyguard, his place is with the King, and if the King wants to stay out of the fight, then Trozen must stay with him. Trozen is also not sure he can adapt to fighting in deep water. The submarine you have will be useless against the sea monster, and Trozen's equipment is all very heavy stuff.
"You're going to have to swim out and fight it," Trozen says. "Like a knight in the stories, slaying the monster to save the people."

Do you think the Gungun's would be nice enough to give up a lift back to Naboo? If I rigged out ship to explode violently, and rig-up some form of remote control then perhaps I could use the craft as a way to kill the beast. Else wise... gotta plan.

It would the Sabotage skill to rig such a set-up.

Can Denz swim at these depths?

Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan did it just fine. Any deeper and things might be a little more questionable. It will take Strength rolls for extraordinary maneuvers (aside from simply swimming along).

I doubt the fish thing is going to come out for one Jedi. Wouldn't be an emergancy diving suit in our submersible would there?

We can say there, but it hinders you as armor would, in addition to swimming.
Drawing out the creature is not a problem. You know where it is residing and where it has been hunting down Gungans. You don't know of any complications in fighting it aside from your underwater maneuverability.

Think thay'd give me one of them gunga-ball things, you know give the creature a decent zap of electricity and hope it leaves? I don't feel right going out there and killing the thing, I AM a Jedi after all. (take this as Denz's thought process); anyway we should probably just move along with this, and I'll go out there and Sabre it to death. Do I have any of those smoke grenades? They might create a sort of murky water cloud to help hide me from it in evading the creature, but then if they can do stuff in The Clone Wars I don't see why not. Tally Ho!

Smoke grenades a plenty, though you don't think they'll have the same effect as, say, a squid's ink might. In which case, if you want to try sneaking up on this thing, looking for fauna to help might be an option.
A quick pair of Fix-It rolls if you want to use your lightsaber and/or gun underwater. Denzral is fairly handy with technology, so in no time at all your lightsaber is all set to use underwater (having rolled four successes). Your blaster, on the other hand, is less functional with a poorer roll of one success. It might misfire and become defunct during the fight.
They can let you have a few of those Gungan plasma balls. One of their warriors mentions they're better against machines but you can give it a try and see what happens.
And with all that, the Gungan council's guards escort you back to the otoh's entrance and more or less push you through the membrane and out into the open sea. It will be a decent swim out to the crevasse the monster resides in, but you can pace yourself and do just fine with the rebreather.
If you are feeling bad about killing the beast... something tells you that you shouldn't. You aren't sure what.

In any case, you reach the kelp fields that the Gungans farm after swimming some distance from the otoh, which hangs glowing suspended in the murky water behind you. Ahead of you, the rocky crevasse looms, dark and unexplored.
