Is there any reason why I should believe otherwise or was there any instance showing that he was? Both of you are avoiding answering this for some reason. Just like how nobody is going to bother explaining how Goku is going to deliver this "implied moon busting" power to kill Sasuke. If the attack(s) is successfully performed could it kill Sasuke? certainly. But that is a big "if" in this instance.
Oh and before I forget Sasuke has genjutsu at his disposal.
That's doesn't put him above mountain busting though since he didn't destroy more than a mountain. Casual mountain buster to be sure but there isn't enough to go off of to warranrt Raditz(or Goku) could do significantly more or, in the case of this fight, do it in a way before they themselves get attacked.
So apparently Raditz cannot replicate the feats of a character who is far weaker than him (Piccolo having a power level in the 300's and Raditz having a power level of 1500, and Piccolo blasting him at full power did nothing)

Finally! An actual reason as to why I should believe Raditz could beat Sasuke. Granted I'd still make a case against it. From what we saw Raditz being more durable than the moon wouldn't make much sense.
Goku never destroyed a planet in any of his forms but yet Frieza at his weakest, only using .029% of his power destroyed one with his index finger. Who is more powerful? Can Goku at Super Saiyan destroy a planet? If yes, prove it. Can he destroy planet Vegeta at Super Saiyan 3 levels, if so, prove it. Can fat Buu destroy a planet? If so, prove it. What about a mountain? Prove it. Can Burta destroy a building with his ki blast? Prove it if he can.
Because Raditz didn't do anything exceeding mountain busting nor did he hint at power indicating otherwise. I keep asking for instances for why I should believe otherwise yet so far I'Ve only gotten one answer to go off of. And since Raditz was still more powerful than Goku by that point, the scan still doesn't help BoZ Goku's case against EoS Sasuke.
If I may.
Roshi accidentally blowing up a mountain and then putting effort to blow up the moon shows that anyone at or above his level would be able to be a "moon buster" By the end of DB and Begging of DBZ even krillin is stronger than master roshi. Raditz slapped krillin away like he was nothing. He then proceeded to man handle both Goku and piccollo at the same time. This is all hand to hand stuff mind you. Without having to use ki blasts at all, Raditz stomped moon busters. I would be willing to wager he is well above mountain buster.
So what you're saying is, Roshi and early stage Piccolo is far more powerful than Raditz? Is this what you are telling me? Raditz doesn't need to blow up the moon to prove he is at or above that level, weaker people has done this. That's all it takes is a little common sense to realize that Raditz is more than capable, and with ease.
Answer this. If Roshi powered up, using all of his 159 power level shot his moon busting blast at Raditz and to counter it, Raditz, with his measly power level of 1000 shot his most powerful blast at Roshi and the blast collides (kind of like Goku and Vegeta blast did during the Saiyan Saga), who would win? Which blast would overpower the other?
Again, Goku has never destroy a planet, let alone a mountain with his blasts, what makes him a mountain buster? He doesn't have the fts.

Let me response with this. How would that translate as a win for Goku? Physically Goku isn't strong enough to breach Susanoo by this point so melee is useless. Sasuke's feat is not only better than Goku's feats on panel at the time but also more consistent. IIRC the moon busting is also more impressive than anything King Piccolo did yet no one would argue he was inferior to Roshi.
Raditz nor Goku have done anything more impressive than EoS Sasuke at that point. According to that, all the Z fighters stronger than Roshi had moon busting capabilities/durability which the actual series shows otherwise at that point.
I would disagree with you on that. The speed and force behind the melee attacks as well as well as the growth is pretty consistent. We see what yamcha could do at the begining of the series compared to roshi very early on and after him and the other warriors go through similar and sometimes more difficult training they become far more powerful than he was. Again, by the beginning of Z krillin is shown to be almost twice as strong as master roshi. King piccolo may not have popped the moon like a sit, but his fight with goku and tien show that he was superior threat. Exactly how much force to you believe it would take to break through sasuke's techniques?
The meteors Sasuke is cutting up are larger than the mountain range they are in. Its also capable of blocking the bijudama, which are also mountain busting in power, so Goku would have to output at least enough to match that in melee or use a ki attack effectively.
