I don't like True Blood, and I love Blade, but I'm realistic. TB vamps move far faster than La Magra-Frost from what I've seen, and they're way stronger than anything in the Blade trilogy. Blade dies before he knows what's going on.

Wait, people actually said Blade could win this?
He isn't nearly fast or strong enough. Hell, Bill could hit him with the attack he used to destroy those redneck's home in Season 1. Blade was struggling against Nomak. TB vamps would massacre him, especially if they attacked en masse
Blade fought Dracula in Blade 3; that fool's strength shits all over Russell's strength feats, the strongest of the TB vamps. Shit, even Nomak's strength feats shits all over Russell.
Blade's a bullet dodger/timer, as seen in the first film.
When did blade dodge bullets when he couldn't dodge the villain that used Bullet timing? Blade is pretty succinctly not a bullet timer. I don't recall Nomak doing anything Russell couldn't mimic, though it's been a while since I've seen Blade 2. Dracula also shit all over Blade in their fight. How did Blade win, again?
Marvel vamps are bullet timers, iirc. Blade "has all their strengths and none of their weaknesses" - Whistler.
Nomak forced open those massive steel vault doors when going after his father, Russell's not shown that level of strength. Drake slammed Blade into the floor and made a large crater, Russell's not shown this level of strength.
While Drake clearly had the upperhand, Blade did well against him.
Yes, in the movies. Frost did it before he became Blood God bullshit thing. As did Nyssa and Assad in B2. Drake in B3. There's likely more I can't recall/find. Dodging bullets is a Marvel vamp thing, despite lower showings.
TB suffers from the same inconsistencies. Eric dodges a bullet; then later can't dodge a slow-as-shit net gun. Same with other TB vamps getting shot and killed with wooden ammo.
Before I though it was a close match; I was wrong. Blade obliterates here.
"Frost did it before he became Blood God bullshit thing". Frost was not more powerful than Blade before he transformed. Same with the other non uber vamps that aren't more powerful than Blade.
TB has PIS as well, as noted above with Eric. So if you're going to limit Blade on PIS grounds, then limit them all. Don't be biased. Marvel vamps can time bullets; Blade has all their strengths as seen and then told.
Would you say some Jedi can't Force-Push, cos we've not seen them do so explicitly, or is it a shown Jedi ability we accept for all. Blade obliterates here, it's been shown.
I'm not limiting Blade, I'm saying Vampires not avoiding Wooden Bullets that they see coming is PIS. Blade winning because of his tools isn't PIS so much as it is him needing them to win. Blade would have gotten no where without a vampire posse in Blade 2. Without the sunlight injections he would have been smeared by Deacon Frost. Blade would have been beaten by Drake if it hadn't been for the Nightstalkers help and the super arrow.
Still not seeing a viable argument on the Blade side.
Blade's been gimped in here from several people since page 1, mainly due to Blade ignorance(though at least one for being a blatant TB fanboy). From speed to strength to durability, all underrated for Blade.
You are limiting Blade, you're saying he's not a bullet timer, despite this being an ability Marvel vampires have been seen to do, less powerful ones than Blade.
He's a far superior fighter, has enough speed to time bullets and has matched (Nomak) and held off (Drake) for a bit against guys who have shown far greater strength than Russell. What else do you need.
If Blade had those UV bombs it might help too. Like he set off in the sewers. But I think he'd get smashed on by Russell. Punching wise though I don't think Blade would be outdid. But he's just to slow.
