They do have options to bring him back. Namely Project T.A.H.I.T.I., which was specifically created to revive a fallen Avenger.

So I'm going with that.

All of those Ultron designs look better than the dumpster they gave us. This just reminds me of Malekith's case as well. All the great designs were ignored in favor of the ugliest design.
