Yeah, I figure the same thing (though I have this crazy, wild, delusional hope that Ra's has somehow come back from the dead ). Like I said, I can't see Captain Heart-Failure scaling any buildings.

I frakking hate the whiny sidekick crew most of the time. im waiting for mr terrific to do something bad ass at least have gadgets. and it is so lame that the squad spazzes out at the fact that they do not know there is a serial killer in town when GA told him when they had conclusive evidence. also the GA had a list of ppl he wanted to kill to make the city better.... he didn't do it. you know how convicted and cray cray the GA is when you signed up!
Rant over
Prometheus is probably tommy merlin resurrected from the lazurs pit or some kinda crazy flashpoint paradox
Yeah, my first thought when I saw that was, "Wow, what a b*tch". Watching Lundgren's character beat up Ollie was fun though. If nothing else, this season is still better than season 4 was at this point, IMO.

Guardian:, So, how did you guys end up working together?
Wild Dog: Arrow wouldn't let us be heroes unless he trained us first. Which basically consists of beating the crap out of us and yelling in our faces about how green we are for 16 hours at a time, every day of every week.
Guardian: Oh.
I had a friend make me a suit..
Wild Dog: So what are your skills. Who trained you?
Guardian: .......it's a really nice suit..

Okay so I'm nto quite willing to pick this back up but is it really better than Season 4? I've been reading the post on this thread and I have to admit I'm interested in seeing Ragman/Prometheus/ and whatever Doph is supposed to be.
don't get me wrong it still has potential to bomb as bad as S04 but it leading in well. but my rant still stands. I think the sidekick crew is cool but far too whiny it seems to be a running theme in GA's life. im more intrigued in what happens on down the line now that they have added new characters that don't seem to be going elsewhere anytime soon. I think with what they have to work with is fine for now and has good potential prospect.
Ragman has been pretty cool. I have no idea who Prometheus is. Could be someone new, or might be someone back from the dead. Never know with this show. One of the things I am actually most curious about this season is that DA character. He acts like he is one of the good guys, but there is something off about that guy.

Jimmy Olson decided being editor and chief of a major newspaper isn't making enough difference in the world.. So he's decided to become a super hero!
Just like that. And he's having some type of power armor/tactical suit made.
Ollie would be losing his hair over Jimmy.

Damn, Prometheus staged it well. The S1 flashbacks were a nice touch too, tho I hope we don't get too much of it from here on. As for who appeared at the end, assuming it's not an illusion I'm guessing they're alive again due to Flashpoint or something. This was good for a mid-season finale.
Yeah, it's the first time in a long time where I felt that the flashbacks really played well into the episode. Also, I had to lol at the end, after the comment Felicity made earlier in the episode.

I don't see the surprise ending having anything to do with Flashpoint though. I would imagine for them it would have been like they never went anywhere anyway.
