thank you

today

On the 9th day of Thul-Hijjah, the Day of Arafat, the pilgrims stay in Arafat until sunset.

It is also reported that the Prophet, salla Allah-u alaihe wa salam, used to say the following supplication: "There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, the One without a partner. The dominion and the praise are His and He is powerful over everything." Anas Ibn Malik was asked once how he and his friends used to spend their time while walking from Mina to Arafat in the company of the Prophet, salla Allah-u alaihe wa salam. Anas said: "Some of us used to cry out Talbeyah, others used to glorify Allah the Greatest and the rest used to repeat prayers. Each one of us was free to worship Allah in the way he likes without prejudice or renunciation of his right." Bukhari.

In the vast square plain of Arafat, tears are shed, sins are washed and faults are redressed for those who ask Allah for forgiveness and offer sincere repentance for their wrong doings in the past. Happy is the person who receives the Mercy and Pleasure of Allah on this particular day.

Eid al-Adha

Throughout the world, Muslims celebrate Eid al-Adha, the Festival of Sacrifice, on this day. This is the second of the two major holidays in Islam each year.

remember Abraham's trials,

102. And, when he (his son) was old enough to walk with him, he said: "O my son! I have seen in a dream that I am slaughtering you (offer you in sacrifice to Allah), so look what you think!" He said: "O my father! Do that which you are commanded, Insha' Allah (if Allah will), you shall find me of As-Sabirin (the patient ones, etc.)."

103. Then, when they had both submitted themselves (to the Will of Allah), and he had laid him prostrate on his forehead (or on the side of his forehead for slaughtering);

104. And We called out to him: "O Abraham!

105. You have fulfilled the dream (vision)!" Verily! Thus do We reward the Muhsinun (good-doers -

106. Verily, that indeed was a manifest trial

107. And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice

The meat from the sacrifice of Eid al-Adha is mostly given away to others. One-third is eaten by immediate family and relatives, one-third is given away to friends, and one-third is donated to the poor. The act symbolizes our willingness to give up things that are of benefit to us or close to our hearts, in order to follow Allah's commands. It also symbolizes our willingness to give up some of our own bounties, in order to strengthen ties of friendship and help those who are in need. We recognize that all blessings come from Allah, and we should open our hearts and share with others.

It is very important to understand that the sacrifice itself, as practiced by Muslims, has nothing to do with atoning for our sins or using the blood to wash ourselves from sin. This is a misunderstanding by those of previous generations: "It is not their meat nor their blood that reaches Allah; it is your piety that reaches Him." (Qur'an 22:37) ---

"It is not their meat nor their blood that reaches Allah; it is your piety that reaches Him." (Qur'an 22:37)

Indeed, it was the greatest test of all, the sacrificing of his only child, one born to him after he had reached an old age and years of longing for progeny. Here, Abraham showed his willingness to sacrifice all his belongings for God, and for this reason, he was designated a leader of all humanity, one whom God blessed with a progeny of Prophets.

slaughtered by mentioning Bismillaah ("in the Name of Allaah") and Takbeer ("Allaahu Akbar") is completely free of all disease-causing germs, while the meat that does not have the Name of Allaah mentioned when it is slaughtered is full of germs and congested with blood.

A team of researchers and university professors in Syria made this scientific discovery that explains the remarkable difference regarding the absence of germs in meat that is slaughtered with Takbeer, in comparison to the meat that does not have Takbeer mentioned when it is slaughtered.

A group of 30 specialists in different branches of medicine such as laboratory medicine, pathology, food sciences, anatomical pathology, animal health, digestive diseases and the digestive system conducted laboratory experiments over a period of three years to study the difference between animals slaughtered with mentioning the Name of Allaah and the animals slaughtered without mentioning the Name of Allaah upon them.

The research affirmed the importance of mentioning the Name of Allaah (Bismllaah and Allaahu Akbar) on the animal at the time of slaughter. Dr. Khaalid Halaawah, spokesman for this group of researchers, explains that repeated tests showed that the tissues of the animals that did not have the Name of Allaah and Takbeer mentioned at their slaughter were congested with blood, and full of colonies of pathogens (disease-causing microorganisms). On the other hand, the meat of the animal that had been slaughtered with the mention of Bismillaah and Allaahu Akbar was free of germs and completely drained of all blood.

In his interview with Kuna News Agency, Dr. Halaawah added that this great discovery is a scientific breakthrough in the field of the consumer health and safety.

Another member of the team of researchers, Professor ‘Abdul-Qaadir Al-Deeraani said,

“People have not yet realized the wisdom behind mentioning the Name of Allaah on the slaughtered animal. Consequently, they neglect and leave off pronouncing the Name of Allaah and Takbeer when the cattle and birds are slaughtered. This, however, made me introduce this issue with an academic and scientific approach, showing its importance and significance for human society. I based this study upon the explanation of the eminent scholar Muhammad Ameen Sheekho in his Quranic teachings and lessons, that the animal that is slaughtered without mentioning the Name of Allaah on it will have blood remaining therein and cannot be in any way free from germs.”

It is worth mentioning here that Allaah The Almighty has commanded mentioning Bismillaah when slaughtering animals. Allaah The Almighty Says (what means):

{So eat of that [meat] upon which the Name of Allaah has been mentioned, if you are believers in His verses.} [Quran 6: 18]

{And do not eat of that upon which the Name of Allaah has not been mentioned, for indeed, it is grave disobedience.} [Quran 6: 121]

{And those upon which the Name of Allaah is not mentioned.} [Quran 6: 138]

Professor ‘Abdul-Qaadir Ad-Deeraani said that at the outset of the study, the research team took the matter of pronouncing Bismillaah and Takbeer lightly and doubted it; however, they were amazed with the first results and paid close attention to it thereafter. The team discovered that mentioning the Name of Allaah has an amazing, some might even say 'miraculous' effect, through the absence of all kinds of germs from the meat on which the Name of Allaah was mentioned during the slaughter. Their tissues were free of blood. On the contrary, the meat on which the Name of Allaah was not mentioned during the slaughter was full of blood and colonies of pathogens.

Regarding the research methodology adopted by the medical team, Dr. Nabeel Ash-Shareef, ex-dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, at Damascus University, said that microbiological studies were conducted on many samples of bird, cow and sheep meat on which the Name of Allaah was loudly recited during the slaughter and that on which the Name of Allaah was not mentioned at the time of slaughter. He added that the samples were soaked in 10% Dettol solution. An hour later, a piece of meat was taken from each sample and cultured in Neoglucol cultivated solution.

He added that 24 hours following the incubation in a dry heating device at a temperature of 37 Centigrade, suitable parts were transferred to the following solid cultures: Nutritive Agar, Blood base Agar, and EMB. They were then left in the heating device for 48 hours.

He continued that a change in color was noticed between the two different samples: the first sample on which the Name of Allaah was mentioned was ros-colored, whereas the second, on which the Name of Allaah was not mentioned was dark bluish- red.

Dr. Ash- Shareef said that the samples were studied microbiologically and the following was observed: the samples on which the Name of Allaah was mentioned loudly did not show any germ growth. Neoglucol appeared to be clear and free of germs and viruses. On the samples on which the Name of Allaah was not mentioned, Neoglucol appeared to be very turbid indicating a large growth of germs.

Dr. Ash-Shareef added that after 48 hours of transferring the above- mentioned surroundings, the following results appeared: There was a large growth of streptococcus and staphylococcus colonies. The EMB helps to grow Gram negative bacteria like Bacilli and E. Coli bacilli, as well as an intensive growth of germs was detected in the Nutritive Agar.

Dr. Ash-Shareef said that a larger number of white blood corpuscles were noticed in the muscular tissue, and a larger number of red-blood corpuscles in the blood vessels in the samples on which the Name of Allaah was not recited, whereas, the tissue of meat on which the Name of Allaah was recited were almost free of these blood corpuscles.

Dr. Fu’aad Ni‘mah, professor of veterinary medicine, said that the vigorous movements of the animal's organs and muscles produced by mentioning the Name of Allaah during the slaughter ensures the outflow of the greatest amount of blood from the slaughtered animal. When the Name of Allaah is not mentioned during slaughter, a large amount of this blood stays in its body and this allows many disease-causing germs that are already present in it to grow and increase in number. If the consumer eats this meat, these pathogens would penetrate the mucous membrane of the stomach and enter all the organs of the body through the bloodstream, causing various diseases like food poisoning, toxicosis and inflammation of the cardiac muscles.

Professor Daarim Tabaa‘i, general health specialist and head of the Animal Protection Project in Syria, mentioned in some countries were killed (i.e. slaughtered) using harmful methods such as suffocation by gas, electric shock or by shooting. These methods allow the blood to remain in the body of the animal, making it a conducive environment for the growth of various pathogens. These methods also cause the animal greater suffering and pain, which is reflected in the color of meat, which becomes bluish. On the other hand, mentioning the Name of Allaah at the time of slaughter causes minimal suffering.

Eid ul Adha commences on the 10th day of Dhul Hijjah. For those who are not at the pilgrimage, it begins with an extra early morning prayer performed in congregation, called the Eid prayer. It is a time of celebration, a time to visit family and friends and thank God for all the blessings He has bestowed upon us. It demands contact with relatives, kindness to family and neighbours, and empathy and compassion for the poor. Above all Eid ul Adha reminds us that God is great and that He is the source of all bounties. Through the good times and the trying times God is the source of all comfort and all peace, and submission to Him brings the greatest benefits of all.

Making the pilgrimage is often called following in the footsteps of Ibrahim. This is due to the fact that the rituals involved in the pilgrimage replicate many of the events in Prophet Ibrahim’s life. Eid ul Adha commemorates a specific trial in the life of Ibrahim. He was commanded by God to sacrifice, his son Ishmael. Eid ul Adha occurs on the 10th day of Dhul Hijjah, the day on which most of the Hajj rites have been preformed and the pilgrims slaughter an animal to honour Prophet Ibrahim’s obedience to God.

“Surely Ibrahim was an example, obedient to God, by nature upright, and he was not of the polytheists. He was grateful for Our bounties. We chose him and guided him unto a right path. We gave him good in this world, and in the next he will most surely be among the righteous.” (Quran 16:120-121)

In a divinely inspired dream, Ibrahim saw himself sacrificing his son Ishmael. All members of Ibrahim’s family demonstrated complete trust in God, therefore Ibrahim revealed the dream to Ishmael. He readily agreed that his father must carry out the command of God. Together they went to the place of sacrifice and offered Ishmael’s life to God. Ibrahim prepared to sacrifice his beloved son. At this point the shaytaan (satan) tempted Ibrahim trying to make him disobey God, but Ibrahim resisted and drove the shaytaan away. Ibrahim looked down at his son for what he believed was the last time but as the blade came close to Ishmael’s neck God stayed his hand and revealed that there was no need for Ibrahim to continue. His sacrifice had already been fulfilled.

Giving up something big for the sake of God, such as the life of your child, must seem like a huge and unimaginable sacrifice. Today even going without something small, such as a cup of coffee, to donate the money to charity seems like a large sacrifice. Try to imagine how Ibrahim must have felt as he held the blade above his child’s neck. In the last moment he was relieved of his duty to follow God’s commands. Having complete trust in God, knowing with certainty that God knows and wants what is best for us is often difficult, but it should not be.

“…And whosoever fears God and keeps his duty to Him, He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty). And He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine….” (Quran 65:2-3)

God replaced Ishmael with a sheep and it is for this reason that Muslims sacrifice an animal on the celebration of Eid ul Adha; however it is more than a celebration, it is a reminder. We are reminded of our own submission to the will of God. Those Muslim’s who are not making the pilgrimage and who can afford it sacrifice an animal in remembrance of Prophet Ibrahim’s test.

“Their meat will not reach Allah, nor will their blood, but what reaches Him is piety from you….” (Quran 22:37)

The act of animal sacrifice is often misunderstood. God has no need for the blood or the meat; in fact God has no need for any of our acts of worship. However for our own benefit God commands us to turn to Him and obey Him. God looks for our piety, our goodness and our charity. The animal sacrificed is usually a sheep, a goat or a cow.

Distributing the meat from the sacrifice of Eid al-Adha strengthens many of our efforts to please God with our piety. Usually, a portion is eaten by the immediate family and relatives, a portion is given away to friends and neighbours and a portion is donated to the poor. The act symbolizes our willingness to give up our bounties to strengthen ties of kinship and friendship and our enthusiasm to give up things that are of benefit to us in order to help those who are in need. In the sacrifice we recognize that all blessings come from God.

The Five Pillars of Islam
.

1) Faith | 2) Prayer | 3) The 'Zakat'
4) The Fast | 5) Pilgrimage (Hajj)

There is no god worthy of worship except God and Muhammad is His messenger.

Once in a lifetime only

If you like the performance of the Hajj once again

do not mind

allah Almighty make this matter easier for pilgrims

And psychological feelings and patience in this place is different from anywhere else

I ask God Almighty that gives you the opportunity to perform Hajj
And the experience of those sentiments
And filled with tears of tenderness

The pilgrims begin arriving by air, sea, and land during the weeks prior to the pilgrimage period. They usually arrive into Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the major port city nearest to Mecca (45 miles distance). From there they travel with their Hajj group to Mecca. As they approach Mecca, they stop at one of the designated areas to shower and change clothing, entering into a state of devotion and purity for the pilgrimage.

the great Islam gave the woman her honorable value, all the Laws of in the world will not reach this high level

prophet Mohammad said:

1 - Women are the twin halves of men.
2 - The world and all things in it are valuable; but the most valuable thing in the world is a virtuous woman.
3 - The best women are the virtuous; they are the most affectionate to infants, and the most careful of their husband's property.
4 - When a woman performeth the five times of prayer, and fasteth the month of Ramadan, and is chaste, and is not disobedient to her husband, then tell her to enter Paradise by whichever door she liketh.
5 - Verily a great number of women are assembled near my family, complaining of their hubands; and those men who ill-treat their wives do not behave well. He is not of my way who teacheth a woman to stray.
6 - Asma, daughter of Yazid, said, "Victuals were brought to Muhammad, and he put them before some of us women who were present, and said, 'Eat ye.' But notwithstanding we were hungry we said, 'We have no inclination.' Muhammad said, 'O woman! Do not mix hunger with lies.' "
7 - Whoever doeth good to girls, it will be a curtain to him from hell-fire.
8 - Whoever befriendeth two girls till they come of age, will be in the next world along with me, like my two fingers joining each other.
9 - Whoever befriendeth three daughters, or three sisters, and teacheth them manners, and is affectionate to them, till they come of age, may God apportion Paradise for him.
10 - Whoever hath a daughter, and doth not bury her alive or scold her, or prefer his male children to her, may God bring him into Paradise.
11 - Shall I not point out to you the best of virtues? It is your doing good to your daughter when she is returned to you having been divorced by her husband.
12 - God enjoins you to treat women well, for they are your mothers, daughters, aunts.
13 - Do not prevent your women from coming to the mosque.
14 - The believers who show the most perfect faith are those who have the best disposition and the best of you are those who are best to their wives

Departure to Arafat

On the 9th day of Thul-Hijjah, the Day of Arafat, the pilgrims stay in Arafat until sunset. The pilgrims pray Dhuhr and Asr at Arafat, shortened and combined dur ing the time of Dhuhr to save the rest of the day for glorifying Allah and for supplication asking forgiveness. A pilgrim should make sure that he is within the boundaries of Arafat, not necessarily standing on the mountain of Arafat. The Prophet salla Allah-u alaihe wa salam, said: "I stood here on this rocky hill and all Arafat is a standing place" Muslim. One should keep reciting Talbeyah, glorifying Allah the Greatest and repeating supplication.

103. Then, when they had both submitted themselves (to the Will of Allah), and he had laid him prostrate on his forehead (or on the side of his forehead for slaughtering);

104. And We called out to him: "O Abraham!

105. You have fulfilled the dream (vision)!" Verily! Thus do We reward the Muhsinun (good-doers -
