Thor used magic in both movies and at no point in the HP movies did their magic do as much damage as Thor's.

He used weak-ass magic compared to HP magic and at no point in both of his movies did he show such fine control over matter as HP wizards did.

My apologies. You are very correct. For the conditions of this thread, Iron Man is functional within the magical realm of Hogwarts. Thus decreed by the OP.

You have made baseless claims, Lestov has been saying Thors magic is science...that was clearly wrong, and DDM has been the only one making any form of an actual argument.

the only thing you say is "u mad", "owned", or "raped". Im so happy you were able to come up with these sound relevant arguments. roll eyes (sarcastic)

Nobody is mad nor is anyone raped. In fact your posts have been chalked up to trolling for pages now. You want HP to win and you want to be a part of the argument then start making some claims you can back up with proof and without speculation.

At no point in HP was their magic shown as powerful enough to create tornadoes or destroy several hundred yards in a single strike.

Thor's magic however, ws shown as that powerful.

Thor's Jotunheim strike didn't look like it was just "several hundred yards". More like several miles, IMO.

It's limited to it's ability to cause flight and lightning strikes/tornadoes. HP magic is far more versatile and allows far more effects.

Again, Fiendfyre would have phucked Coulson's shit up. Loki wouldn't have even had to bother with him in The Avengers

My stance about HP magic being far more powerful than Thor magic is very correct however.

I was being conservative in my estimate to prevent the desperate cries of "prove it was that far" after all, there is no way an honest person can look at that scene and say it wasn't at least several hundred yards.

My stance about HP magic being far more powerful than Thor magic is ery correct however.

You're confusing versatility with power, nothing the people in the HP movies used even comes close to the power feats I've listed for Thor's magic.

Pls include ghe fact that all Muggles and their tech would be able to enter and work inside Hogwarts to allow the thread to move forward.

I think you're mistaking fine control/complexity for potency.

Potency-wise, Thor's Jotunheim slam was several orders of magnitude more potent than anything shown in the HP-verse (unless you can present something similar to destroying stone/ice for miles around within a single strike in the HP movie).

Can he activate the strike before he gets AKed though? He'll be surrounded and his opponents can fly and teleport.

I think Thor and Hulk will get AKed
Iron Man will get Petrified and transmuted into a rat before being AKed
CA, BW, and HE get Fiendfyred and AKed if they manage to escape

Teleportation is a bytch

Why would Thor be surrounded at the start of the fight, you said the DE's would be hiding inside Hogwarts, plus it only takes a second or two to actually use the attack.

Not the point, tho. You made the claim about potency. I'm disagreeing with it.

Also, pls enable muggles to enter Hogwarts and for tech to work there to move the thread forward.

I will just say this as simple as possible....

Watch Thors reaction time:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sePYvzcvDqM
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IWzO3n50FEE

He is easily blocking energy attacks in both of those scenes. He is easily going to block spells from HP.

Watch the wide spread damage he does.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IWzO3n50FEE
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-csJ...re=results_main

that last clip skip to 1:11.

Show me an instance of a death eater using magic with that kind of power.

Yea, why wouldn't the HPverse be able to rebuild or replace everything you just listed?
