By simply taking it out of play, for one. He knows Fett is a bounty hunter and that he's coming after him, Batman can stay underground. One of many options, with the prep he's allotted and the resources at his disposal.

I know you imagine Batman will just run out of the batcave while humming the Batman theme song and attempt a direct assault on the Slave 1 via batarang(which would work if it's Adam West Batman), but Batman is a super-genius and one of the best tacticians in the DC universe. So no.
