Travel wise, he's flown well above the speed of light.

Pretty much. He has lifted a chunk of a city while being weakened due to exposure to red sun radiation. He punched Hel from earth to space. He matched teleportation with his speed. He has the medical textbooks reading feat, which has the added bonus of Superman perfoming an operation with heat vision with pinpoint accuracy. There are others, but I don't remember them properly.
