Low showings? You mean every time surfer gets koed its low showing? Hulk was as much weakened as surfer, even more than him since his control disc was still in place while surfer's was broken. Yeah and surfer cheapshotted hulk if we're using that as a cheapshot.
So hulk punching surfer while he was talking to hulk is a cheapshot but surfer attacking hulk while he is talking to surfer isn't a cheapshot? Typical surfer fanboyism.
Yeah hulk knocked out a more powerful surfer than which he was getting tossed around since control disc was destroyed. This was also a weaker than baseline hulk who couldn't get stronger with anger due to control disc. Hiroim wasn't an expert on either hulk or surfer. Thank you for your input

You got that right. They tried to free him from control, "hulk beating the shit out of him" wasn't in hiroim's plan. That was all that's shown of surfer's travel through the portal. Obviously he got knocked out passing through that portal, the locals were surprised that hulk was still at his feet after passing through the portal because nobody had done it before. But that's obviously not enough proof for you. Obviously surfer waking in chains and already in control via control disk means he had battled local like hulk, isn't it?
Being less powerful than Pak's hulk isn't something to be ashamed about.
I didn't say he was fully powered but he wasn't weakened by that control disc while hulk was still weakened by the control disc. Yeah, the portal weakened him and hulk similarly at that point. What's the point of telling something we already know? The planet didn't weaken him, that was never shown. It was just that portal.
Similarly surfer attacked hulk while he was talking both time to surfer. You wouldn't find anyone saying surfer cheapshotted hulk though. He clearly beat the shit out of hulk and warbound. Never mind that hulk was just fine after both attacks and beating weakened warbound shouldn't impress anyone. When hulk really attacked surfer, he KTFO surfer.

The control disc cut him off from the power cosmic. It's not going to return in a couple seconds to make a difference.
Surfer was cut off from his power source, and was weakened by the portal. I wasn't aware Hulk was cut off from his power source.

That's what happened, surfer cut him in the middle and suddenly attacked the first time and then second time when hulk said he though he was better than others.
Surfer was still cheapshotted. Lol hulk was just mad and attacked for no other reason than he'd been getting his ass handed to him up till then. There's really no way to spin the fight in any kind of positive light towards the hulk.

Initially yes, not after hulk destroyed the disk. Also that disk preventing surfer from using PC didn't lower his durability.
