What is this megastructure?

Hey i read from some accounts about the megastrcture in Diaspora by Greg Egan. Can anybody tell me what it is and how big it is? Thank's.. sorry for my grammar smile

Yeah i know what a structure is. What i mean is how does this megastructure look? Is it like a dyson sphere or a giant tube. And how big is this megastructure? Some accounts say it is the largest but didn't tell the specific size.
