Hm, are you aware that dimensions and universes aren't synonyms in the context of Tenchi Muyo? A dimension in Tenchi is, like, length/width/depth/etc.. A higher dimensional being is incomprehensible to a higher tech one, and registers as impossible to their technology and senses (as seen in OAV 2 where Clay's technology was unable to comprehend Tokimi).
The Chousin made countless universes, including the main one, Z's universe, the one in War on Geminar, the two from Duel, and the Ai Tenchi Muyo one. All of those I just mentioned are, in turn, all within the 3rd dimension out of the 22 dimensions the Chousin exist in.
That is to say, a whole bunch of normal universes as we know them is still smaller than the scale on which the Chousin exist.
Because it's going to have to be pretty darn big to measure up to "Stronger than three multiversal creators, who's multiverse includes 19 layers of realms each beyond our 3rd dimensional realm, and countless 3 dimensional universes for that matter."
Nyarlathotep collected bottles of universe's and kept them on shelves she destroys them and recreate and which they are said to be infinite but a contraction making me believe it's just really big in Demonbane the most highest number of universes are about 1000+ more.
It bothers me that the OBD was burned to the ground, I used to take pride in supporting the Demonbane flag, I was the first one to its side...now look at me, a shell of the man I once was, an ancient husk that wanders these forums aimlessly...I can't find the strength to wave the banner one last time...

Oh, even then, there was debate. Not so much here, but elsewhere.
Like one could arguable put it against Nobilis, wherein there's a World Tree that lacks scale that has endless universes on it's branches, some with vastly different laws of physics and concepts, which in turn is being attacked and under threat of being not-there-anymore thanks to the Excrucians who are, for lack of a better term, anti-concepts who eat concepts (they do not destroy. Destruction is a concept. They make something not a concept). The worlds are each protected by Nobilis, beings somewhat akin to the Endless from Sandman, who protect concepts and can redefine them.
Destroying something is a concept. They could change (Nobilis) or eat (Excrucians) the concept of destruction. A universe destroying laser can be refined by a Nobilis of lasers into a universe-covering-with-kittens laser.
Simple raw power is arguably not enough to contest them, even if it is large in scale.
