^ Ive actually found this season to be a massive improvement with the introduction of Director Mace and of course GR. But then I'm only on Episode 13. I've heard it gets all Matrix from here on out, which doesn't sound promising tbh.
Haven't bothered with the show since they got rid of Ghost Rider. I didn't care for AIDA in the short time she was being introduced, and have no interest in the creative direction from what I've heard.
Good riddance to the show once it gets cancelled.

Yeah, the showrunners said the Ghost Rider vfx was too expensive to maintain along with the other stuff they do on the show. So, if we do see him again, it will probably be in either a solo show/film, but there is nothing in the works as far as I know.

this season is lit. I liked the Matrix thing actually but if that not your thing I get it. The alternate reality I liked because you got to see some characters from previous seasons come back and that most of the characters switch personalities somewhat so it's to me interesting to see how plays out (which has been interesting).
I think if you were fan of the show earlier continue watching because the characters only get deeper but without the triteness of the DC iterations.
Fitz was cold blooded.... and the aftermath was worthy....
I'm kinda excited to see how this shakes up the show from here on out or if there are any lasting effects. Also I like the fact that A.O.S ties-in with the MCU even though Ultron isn't the current storyline. it'll be good for them to get back into bridging and tying in more directly.

Overall I was underwhelmed by this season, the 'framework' arch was really bad and brought the whole season down, imo.
On a positive note, the ending scene/glimpse into next season was intriguing. Seems they're going into a completely new direction with the show and that's good.
Something which they point out there, which I also thought of, is how the big "war" could also tie into The Defenders, given the whole supernatural element to the Hand and the Black Sky, plus the rumours that Sigourney Weaver's character is going to be some mystical entity in human disguise.
