Vamp in a rape stomp. He can read Marcus' every move before he makes it, and he's not fast enough to counteract that. On top of that, any damage he does Vamp can regenerate, and is pretty BA all around. He pushed Raiden(pre-MGS:R) past his limits and would have killed him if he didn't have help. And Raiden is no joke.

Not sure what Marcus is capable of. Vamp has peak human strength but can't bullet time, but if he can hear Marcus' muscles he can dodge his attacks unless Marcus is so fast that it won't matter.
