anyways I watched the ultimate cut free of charge last night... while the ultimate cut is slightly better, the film still is shit.. Okay so I watched BvS: DOF with an open mind, I didn't have high expectations so here's my thoughts and they are summed up in a few words...the movie was terrible. I hated the fact that batman did end up actually beating superman, with a sink by the way. I hated that they killed superman in the stupidest way ever, I mean seriously he gets killed by a f*cking LOTR cave troll with some bad bone disease. Don't get me started on Lex Luthor, what a load of wank that was. I hate the guy who plays the Flash, shoulda had Grant Gustin. I don't like that they've introduced all the JLA in this movie, this creates no build up or excitement for characters. And please tell me that this is not darkseid:

Solo Batfleck film I don't mind, since BvS wasn't enough to properly flesh him out (even though it'll add to the "WB does too many Batman movies" complaint), but the EisenLuthor part is most concerning... If he's reprised for the JL films, then I'm already convinced that there's no hope left for the DCCU and considering not seeing JL altogether. If I know I'm gonna dislike it to the level I did BvS because of Eisenberg and other such mis-casts, then why give them money and go see it? To laugh and talk about how bad it is? No. Even watching by pirating might be giving too much credit now, if it's the trainwreck I fear it'll be.
