older TV show or movie
Leaning toward a Night Gallery or similar.
A man finds a girl doll while serving in the military (I think). He brings it home to his daughter. I think the dolls face would change when it was angry. I saw this late 70s early 80s but I think it was old then.

It is a Night Gallery episode and it was called, "The Doll"
A British colonel returns home and discovers that he's been sent a cursed doll by a man seeking revenge for his brother's death.
