I'm a little shakey on my tier terms (bad luck for Scream when I likely change me mind on something), but I don't think the pair were doing so, just had powers on that level.

Guess those two would be High Skyfather, above that for Arceus.

The movies/anime and games are separate. We should note them separately in the tier list.

For organization you guys should pick a character, list their feats and whatnot along with vulnerabilities and weaknesses if needed and then everyone votes on where they should be. Everyone can't vote on every character without knowledge of the character in question. Could start at the street level and work up.

This is part of why I'm linking profiles from OBD. Also, not everyone needs to vote on every character, if they don't know enough then the ones who do should be able to place that character where they like. Your way would be very thorough, but also fairly slow. Would we create new threads for that? If it's in a separate thread then that sounds like a great idea.

Nah, a new thread for each character to keep it organized, but we'd keep the numbers of characters being discussed low at any given time.

No, you don't need a new thread for each character. You can briefly discuss them all here or in another thread.

Example: I think Mr. Bubbles should be mid street, he can fight off a group of armed thugs wielding knives, skilled enough to fight with his eyesight impaired and he has some good damage soak.

Someone comes in who agrees after hearing what they can do can put their vote towards it as well or they can disagree.

I think he's more of a low meta because of whatever reason and whoever chooses to vote can vote either way or give an entirely different opinion. Everyone voting on characters they know and like is just going to be a bad idea I think. I feel as if we should all get some general knowledge and see why they are being placed in their respective position.

Quick question, is the sun Celestia lifting basically a real star or is a more mythological one? If it's the former she should be well above mid herald IMO.
