Based on the second movie and that electrical trap thing, I'd say his durability is terrible in comparison to his power output. It's the shield that's going to keep him in the fight.
So how strong and durable is Goku? I keep hearing about the 40 tons thing (400 tons?) and stuff about that being sufficient to damage him on the physical side.
If those are the stats we're working under I could probably name a few, but if that's wrong I admit I know nothing about Goku's physical stats.
People have been putting Goku against High Heralds for ages, two of which you've just named, so it's not exactly changing anything. Besides, I don't think it's fair that we single out Goku out of predictive frustration and rob him of his tier placement because part of his fan base (like most others) is inhabited the semi//retarded. Things like that shouldn't determine this, else it becomes too personal, and objectivity is lost.

It's not 'frustration' or because of the fans as that he's a glass cannon who is comparatively slow, and as a result cannot compete in the tier, and people with little knowledge who see him in it may pair him against the others in it.
It's not something that's being applied solely to Goku, either, there are characters below HH with solidly Solar system+ DC, who are held back by a lack of showings outside of raw offensive power, but could completely annihilate Goku in pure destruction. They simply lack a way to reliably prevent a blitz from someone massively FTL who can bust planets.
So, yeah, it's not the fans, it's not prediction, I believe he belongs in MH because he cannot compete in HH.

What of KOS-MOS? From what I can understand, most of her stats are largely speculative with actual showings not even near approaching it. Don't get me wrong. I'm not calling "hyperbole!" I simply see no fair reason why Goku deserves any less than someone who seems (from an admittedly uneducated view such as mine) to run so greatly on word. I admit I'm ignorant of her, but nonetheless, I feel justified in my concern.
Also, what are the precise criteria for each Street level? I know Low is basically "lesser equipped, lesser trained." It's Mid and High I inquire about.

Gonna be straight with you, I know dick about KOS MOS and never voted on her.
I dunno about the precise stat differences, I just consider high street to be peak human/borederline super, mid street to be highly competent, able to beat up large groups of mooks, and low being everything below it.

You did link a profile to most of them. Check hers. Some it is a little ambiguous. "(Statement and potential timeline)" it says on many of them, but she's apparently High Herald. Fair enough, if you don't know about her either.
I ask because I'm kinda rethinking Star Fox cast. I feel like they would be above Chris Redfield, but more importantly I'd like to get some help with calculations because I basically suck at these things.
