Russell is not strong enough to move in the boots, any speed is moot, he is not strong enough to stop Dangoro, and you have not proven that he is. He is not durable enough to survive a collision.

Bo doing so makes him stronger than Russell. You cannot assume Russell can do this and work back from there.
