Hwoarang has no on-screen canon feats. Only a couple of non-canon videos. Basically all we know about this guy feat wise is that he's capable of stalemating Jin. That's it. One can't use that as an argument to downplay Jin. Imagine some featless character shows up in comics and one shots Hulk. What will that prove? That Hulk is a weakling? Or maybe that the featless guy is a freaking beast? Same here.
EDIT: Im not some crazy anime fan who claims Goku > Galactus. In fact I don't even like Jin. But his feats are über. Devil J has laser beams, force fields, tk among other things. That's why I say he's too much.

The first video shows some durability feats from Jin in this Jin vs Heihachi vs Kazuya fight, 6:20 is around where the fight starts after Heihachi is done being a boss xD
An to be fair Devil Jin wouldn't be a pushover I mean here's Devil Jin vs Devil Kazuya,
4:16 and up you can see some speed from Jin.
It didn't mess with the building other than making a crater where they stood, all it showed was that it blew off window panes from the building.
Hurting Rhino and Namor (Namor in the same scene tanked an optic blast from cyclops) is at least as good as that. It just doesn't have an aoe shockwave behind it. The durability of who you hurt matters just as much as the AOE of an attack, maybe even more.
Devil Jin's random energy outburst wiped out an entire forest.
Then there are guys like Bryan Fury who can take a tank apart and literally walk through a charging military helicopter unscratched. Paul Phoenix who can hit so hard a shockwave from his and Bryan's collided punch rip through concrete. Feng Wei capable of oneshot destroying a hugeass boulder that was about to fall on him. And Kazuya who can shatter multiton bulletproof robots, Heihachi who can take a pointblank crazy powerful explosion that sent him flying miles through the air and headfirst into solid rock without sustaining any lasting injury etc.

I disagree but ok. Blood vengeance has a similar scene anyway with them and Heihachi and the shockwave destroyed a big part of the temple they were fighting in. AOE is an idication of power behind the attack. Every comic character has hurt every other character and yes I agree its consistent with Cap enough to be counted as a legit feat. At the same time I will not argue that say Deathstroke's punch has more umph behind it because he's hurt some established class 100 chars, not when the displayed power output is so clearly beyond his abilities. Its something you'd expect IF to pull of, not Cap.

I'm not saying Cap doesn't have PIS behind him (hurting Hulk with a punch is definitely that), but he consistently hurts people that, while below hulk, are still very durable.
He has punched Iron Man hard enough for the latter to go crashing into the ground and also make a crater, so its not just a jobber aura thing behind his punches either. They just have a ton of pop behind them.
I agree with that. Tgat's why I mentioned consistency. Anyway, when I said spite I was talking about full power Jin which includes Devil. That means tk, lasers etc Regular Jin is different but I still believe that he takes it. He's not just some random Tekken character (who are all beastly), he's the best fighter in the entire series.

On average id say they are up there with guys like Spider-man. Top ones are beyond that. I do believe that the devils have potential to approach low herald level. Potential being the key word as their feats dont put them on that level. Not yet anyway.

Dayum i didnt think People Cared but I say Peronaly Captain America wins i mean Jin Los to Hwoarang in Tekken 5 and Kazuya in Tekken 6 IN HIS DEVIL FORM i say Cap has this i mean Devil Jin will be nothing Cap hasn't faced before
Kazuya Schooled Jin in Blood Vengeance until CIS kicked in and he became a Devil Angel Hybrid which he cant Do in any of the Tekken games not even TAG 2 its not a spite i say Cap and Jin are Equal and it would be a Good Fight Kazuya also Beat him in Tekken 6 when Jin was a Devil
