If this is written in elvish, you might try pulling up a translator online and identifiying individual letters. I'll get around to it later due to curiousity.

The text is a little hard to read since some letters are hard to distinguish. My conclusion would be that it says:
Only love kill (can?) leave such a mark
Only love can heal such a scar
