Second, I can't really think of much to take on TP Hyrule offhand. Before any other considerations, you need a verse with characters that can resist Twilight, or else it'll be over pretty quickly. Then you need an answer to Ganondorf, whether it's overwhelming power or some holy magic to actually put him down, as well as some way to resist his possession. Link is simpler, though not very easy, as you'll need to take him physically or otherwise get past his magic protection. Finally, any armies you may field need to be aware of the Shadow Beasts and their conversion and resurrection abilities. If you're not careful you might just be overrun with Shadow Beasts.

Those are the main concerns, as Midna, Zant, and Zelda are easy enough to really take care of without special considerations. In theory, it should not be hard to come up with something that meets those conditions, so I'm not sure why you're having so much trouble.

Anyway, convenient checklist form:

Resistance to Twilight (magic, soul, or transformation resistance)
Answer to Ganondorf (Castle buster+ or holy/light based magic)
Answer to Link (Nonmagic 100 tonner or magic Country+)
Shadow Beast counter (large AoE)

That's pretty much it.

I can think of 10 verses from the top of my head that would rapestomp Zelda into the ground. Marvel and DC not included. But anyone can come up with a onesided match, making a match where the outcome can actually be debated for numerous pages is far more interesting and challenging imo.
