It's based on whatever the legal age of consent is where it happens. Many places it's 18, but some countries it's as low as 14.
Beyond that, it's not society's business. If the 19 year old male wants to be with the older woman who has children, he might regret it but there's nothing anyone can do.

A douche swimmer from Stanford got like 6 months for rape, and then it was reduced even more. It was found the judge used to go to the same school, and is also probably just cut from the same set of slime as the kid. But anyways, now you guys know about this story that you didn't know about before, because in a rape culture it wouldn't of been noticed.

Generally speaking, prostitutes are not also teachers. You may call them "sluts" if you wish to be more accurate, but even then you'd have to prove that all these women are promiscuous. Being a pedophile or ephebophile does not necessarily mean that a man or woman are promiscuous. I know you asked this a while back, but I'm assuming that because of their union it's a required part of the process. It says there's a pending administrative hearing where it seems she will be officially terminated.
TX seems to be much stricter about this sort of thing. There was a story about two years ago where a teacher was having sex with her 18 year old students, but because Texas has laws about authority figures pertaining to those sorts of situations, since they were still high school students she received 5 years. I think that might have been a bit much, but I have no doubt that it's any less than people would have been screaming for had it been a male teacher.
AFAIK nothing ever happened with the video of that young boy assaulted on the subway by that 30 or 40-something woman while her friends stood looking on. Had it been a teenage girls being done that way by a bunch of frat guys or some office clowns on a night out after drinking Nancy Grace would have been front and center calling for their heads, and so on.
The double standard is real, but in a few places the penalties are harsh regardless of gender. Clearly treatment is needed, because someone who does this isn't in his or her right mind. The severity of the punishment should vary by the crime and the circumstances, not by the gender of the offender and their partner.
You can bet that if these cases were ever of a female teacher seducing or raping another female student under their care the response would likely be quite different.
Yeah I remember that story, At least they are in the process of getting rid of her. I am still shocked at how parents could be excited over any of this.

I don't know, but in this 30+ page topic we have indeed also discussed other shitty things when it comes to females and society and child support and abortion and all that jazz.
I get the feeling if I made a new topic about it some people would find a reason to take issue with that as well.
But I would understand if you feel it's best to delete the post. But for some topics I find they don't warrant a new topic and it's also not always easy to do a search and find past topics on it due to the search function. Whereas this specific topic is easy to find due to always having been on the first or second page of the forum.

Honestly, I'm not gonna argue about it. It's a shitty thing that they're doing, and there is a lot that needs changed about the way alimony and child support works.
I just don't want the thread to end up getting closed because people took some of the posts to be anti-women, rather than anti-horrible bitches that ruin young people's lives by raping them.
