I am in my mid thirties now so I don't concern myself with those types of things. I don't even know tbh these days. It's about the muscle under tension not the weight to me. It's also about shocking the body. When I was younger I was more into the throwing around the bigger weights than I am now.

That's what I figured from an old man. I happen to be 6'3, favor the post up and driving game, similar but not quite the same to MJ. Kind of like a KD. Where in Ohio do you live?
