Probably the Jedi. They work together better.

Jedi advantages:

1. Location, both tactical and strategic knowledge, and the the fact that it is a lightside enxus.

2. Jedi work better together, both due to their attitude, but also the cosmic impact on the lightside Jedi working en mass has.

Sith advantages:

1. Sith are usually more powerful, and have better tools for combat, than Jedi.

2. SoC Sith had been preparing for war against the Jedi for centuries.

I'm leaning towards the Sith. Nexuses aren't as big a deal as some make them out to be, and I imagine that the cosmic benefit to the lightside of the Jedi working together would be similarly mild. Familiarity with the terrain probably won't be that big a factor, and while Jedi usually work together better than the Sith, when the Sith need to, they can usually work together just fine themselves. Meanwhile, the Sith have actually been preparing for this conflict for centuries, and are usually the superior combatants.

a average jedi is stronger then a average sith because the sith is arrogant while the jedi is calm sees a weakness in the sith's technique and striking the weakness which makes the jedi more powerful. Also jedi CAN use darkside abilities as Kyle Katarn said "powers are not inherently good or evil it depends how you use them".
