At 3:10 we see how far PADAWN Anakin leaps up (afraid I can't find a better quality vid right now).

Show me Khan leap that far upwards. Show me Khan showing that kind of agility. Show me how Khan will stop Anakin leaping right at him.

Still Vader has shown the ability with force choke so that would mean Sidious would also have the ability being more powerful than vader. He also has powerful TK as well as seen in his fight with yoda.
