pease help
I am trying desperately to recall a horror movie I first seen in 1977 on television. The killer had a very pale face even greenish color to it and he wore a top hat was always grinning. And the scene that really sticks out is when he pushes a piano down a set of stairs and kills an elderly woman ( Im sure this is the piano scene spoofed in Scary Movie ) ... can anyone out there please help ?

Man, i actually tried for about a 1/2 hour this morning.
I learned more about the Scary Movie franchise than anyone needs to know, and discovered a lot of old 70s movies i'd never heard of. But not yours. Sorry!
