Wrong. Not anymore SpOck manipulated Flash in Superior Spiderman. He told Flash that he would give him the ability to walk again with artificial legs via nanotech. SpOck didnt lie though. The leg transplant was successful. But his true intentions were to lure him into a constricted area, that being the operating table, so he could extract the symbiote from his body. The symbiote than jumped onto SpOck to create the Superior Venom. Its cool that Flash can walk now. I can feel that he isn't useless.
About halfway through I just forgot the "overt" part and thought of them all as powerless. Was tough for me to nail down what powers they would or wouldn't have.
Not really, because I still don't know what would be considered "overt" for some characters. Can Colossus go steel, can J'onn go intangible, is flight overt, is super strength being considered overt...I'm just unclear on exactly what powers we're cutting out from each character.
