Everyone in DBZ has blown up the moon it seems after the first, how does it keep coming back laughing out loud

How many moons we on 6-10?

Master Roshi blew it up the first time... then Kami brought it back once he removed Goku's tail permanently. Then Piccolo blew it up... there has been no moon since.

I like to think the people reporting the forecast were just baffled.

"An like last night you'll have a great view of the moon this evening...umm apologies I'm getting word the moon is gone, yes you heard it here first, the moon as we know it..is gone."

"Hey it's a sunny day in Central City and it'll be a scorcher today, tonight though it should cool down but be careful it'll be pretty dark without the moon out th...Umm excuse me I just have been informed that OMG, THE MOON IS BACK! THE MOON IS BACK PEOPLE! It was gone but couldn't seem to stay away from our lovely planet, where did it go?! Haha we'll have to try and get an interview with it hohoho, ahh well that's all for today, just remember the moon is back, and it isn't going anywhere anytime soon!"

Even if SPC is more powerful than Broly, Broly would still be star buster by power scaling. I'm not saying He stomps because Thor can win. I just feel like Broly takes majority.

Depends, Thor can absorb and redirect energy blast however Thor has failed to do so several times.

In terms of power, PCell < Broly ≈ SPC. Latter two being weaker than Buu, the only character to reach Star level.

Without Ki its a simple brawl, heavily in Thor's favour.
