Bane takes her in either case. No matter how powerful she might be on Dathomir (though still lesser than Sidious), she has no answer for him closing in and engaging her in melee.
Bane has no feats to suggest he can beat her on Dathomir if Windu couldn't.
Maybe round 2, but considering how badly he got trashed by mercenaries and how featless he is as a duelist its hard to say.
Bane's force abilities in DOE are insufficient to break through her force shield in Round 1 at least.

Talzin takes the first round, the second is undefinable because we haven't seen her abilities off-dathomir. Hell, it's implied she cant even exist off of it--During the Naboo arc she wasn't really present, it seems like she was projecting an appiration of herself from Dathomir, hence why she vanished after the ball shattered.

That would only be on Round 1 and likely only when prepped. Granted, Bane is such a horrible duelist he'd probably get stomped by Talzin's nightsisters too

Most duelists are above Bane in terms of dueling feats. Unamped hes never actually beaten anyone apart from trainee Sirrak who is featless. Bane is mediocre and needs his crab armor to win fights. There is no reason to believe he can beat Talzin.

He's better than Vader, Malgus, Kenobi and Maul without question imo. And as random sock said, Orbalisk Bane is easily superior to almost everyone on that list.

Using the orbalisk Bane logic, Sion is better than almost everyone on that list.
Using common sense however, you would come to realise that Bane's reliance on his Orbalisks gave him a huge advantage, because he had no need for defensive parries or blocks, he can just wade through at will all he wants.
That isn't down to skill, that's down to near invincibility via an armor advantage.
Simply put Orbalisk Bane isn't beating them because of skill.
