Typhon, Wonder Woman, and Superman are sort of out of their league here.

Straight up fist fight, if Tutinax didn't put WWH down as soon as possible, WWH would amp to a level beyond Tutinax. But since Tutinax goes right for the kill from the get go, I think WWH would have a hard time with him.

All powers in play? Tutinax all day. His fear aura even works on gods (as we saw).

Tutinax isn't even the biggest threat on T1 anyway, Set's son is.

Yes I would. Without hesitation too (but with Hulk you got to be careful).

IMHO on T1 it's :

On T2 it's :
